Our teams have been hard at work making improvements to our internal processes and functionality to help pave the way for exciting new features in our roadmap.
Here are some admin and participant-facing updates as of September 2026.
What’s new
Live captions in coaching sessions.
Coaching sessions can now display live captions, so participants who are deaf or hard of hearing can follow the conversation as it happens.
Captions are enabled per person and are not yet self-serve. To request them, contact Torch Support.
Improvements & bug fixes

Archived programs stay in reports. If you archive a program, it still appears in Engagement and Impact reports, so historical insights stay available.

The meeting scheduler no longer flashes. When a coach has no open times, the scheduler no longer flashes, so participants can finish booking.

Colleague 360 survey links load the survey. Links sent to colleagues for 360 feedback now open the survey instead of an error page.

Group meeting details stay put. Opening a group meeting keeps you on the meeting page instead of sending you back to the path.
